Rules for businesses that create accounts, publish vehicles and use Weblatis to manage rental operations.

Registration & Account

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Each account must be verified before public activation.
  • No multiple accounts or impersonation.
Essential

Vehicle Listings & Accuracy

  • All vehicle info must be accurate and up-to-date.
  • You are solely responsible for listing content and legality.
  • Weblatis may remove listings that violate policies.
  • Clearly state rental terms, insurance, deposits and cancellation.
Compliance

Rental & Customer Management

  • Manage rentals professionally and in compliance with laws.
  • Handle customer data per our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for all communications and transactions.
  • Resolve disputes directly with customers.
Responsibility

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Weblatis may change pricing with reasonable notice.

  • Your page and vehicles appear in the Marketplace according to your plan.
  • Leads are opportunities, not guaranteed bookings.
  • Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Weblatis does not guarantee lead quality or conversion.

  • You are solely responsible for your vehicles and services.
  • Weblatis is not a party to any rental contract.
  • Indemnify Weblatis against claims arising from your use.
  • Weblatis is not liable for loss, damage or injury related to your operations.

Browsing & Inquiries

  • Browse vehicle listings and company pages freely.
  • Inquiries are forwarded to the respective rental company.
  • Weblatis does not guarantee availability or accuracy.
  • Provide accurate contact information when making an inquiry.
Information

Rental Contracts

  • All rental agreements are strictly between you and the rental company.
  • Weblatis is not a party to any rental contract.
  • Review the rental company terms, insurance and cancellation policy.
  • Deposits and payments are made directly to the rental company.
Agreement

  • Weblatis does not process rental payments unless explicitly stated.
